Note: Minor adjustments to the World Trail Championship lap at 9km to be made.

Start time will be 9:00am on the bridge Y Bont Fawr, the first kilometre starts flat before climbing and taking a sharp left hand turn in to the “Saw Bench” car park. A track through the trees depicts the start of the 15km/9.5mile lap. There will be five laps of 15km /9mile before returning the kilometre along the tarmac road to the finish.

There will be two aid stations on each of the five laps. If the weather is warm a sponge table will be encountered twice per lap.

Mobile phones are unlikely to work across the entire lap except in the start/finish area.
