OPEN EVENTS

The Open 10km is a 9:15am start (which follows the World Championships at 9:00am) on a challenging 10km loop; starting and finishing near the bridge Y Bont Fawr Llanrwst, with an undulating lap of Gwydyr Forest.

Technical T-shirt and memento for all finishers.

Entries will be taken on the day – cost £15

Junior Events

There will also be three age group 1 mile races taking place on the World Trail Running Championships finishing straight (B5106 road)

11.30am – Under 11’s

11.45am – Under 13’s

12.00pm – Under 15’s

12.15pm – Under 8’s ½ Mile Family Fun Run

All children taking part will receive a medal with a t-shirt for the top 3 in each age group and a gift for the winner in each age group. Presentations will take place at 1pm.

Registration will be at the Welsh Athletics tent on the day with no cost for entry
